Riptide is a locally owned pool service company serving Abilene and the surrounding areas. Founded by Brock Stephenson and Owen Bartlett, Riptide was started with one goal in mind: to provide reliable, detailed, and affordable pool care that homeowners can trust.

As ACU students and Christians, we believe in doing honest work and keeping our word. After both spending time in the pool cleaning industry, we noticed that many services rush through the job or overlook the details. That is why we started Riptide — to offer a better option for homeowners who want their pool cared for the right way.

Brock Stephenson is a Criminal Justice major at Abilene Christian University and has been cleaning pools for two years. Owen Bartlett is an Accounting major at ACU from Fort Worth and has been cleaning pools for one year. The two met through their fraternity at ACU and spent the past couple of years building experience in the industry before deciding to start their own company.
